Counselling Services

I offer counselling to individuals and couples.  I also offer supervision and mentoring to qualified and student counsellors.

Counselling: Individual

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they need - but know they want something to change.

As an Integrative counsellor, my work is grounded in relationship. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, always keeping your experience at the centre. Our sessions offer a calm, steady space where we can explore what's going on for you - even if you're not quite sure how to put it into words yet.

I currently offer short-term counselling (up to 12 months), with sessions held weekly online. Each session lasts around 50-60 minutes. I work with adults only, and do not work with children or people experiencing severe addictions due to safeguarding needs.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity questions, grief, or something you can't yet name - you are welcome here.  I also bring openness to culturally sensitive work, especially for those who may feel in-between places, roles, or identities.

I am based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Counselling: Couples

I offer couples counselling for partners who want to strengthen their connection, navigate challenges, or communicate more effectively. Whether you're feeling distant, stuck in repeating patterns, or facing a difficult decision, I provide a grounded, non-judgemental space where both voices can be heard.

I work primarily in joint sessions, with each partner completing a personal life history form before we begin.  Individual sessions may be offered only if the work calls for it. Sessions typically last between 1 hour and 1.5 hours and may be held weekly or fortnightly , depending  on your needs  and the stage of the work.

Unlike some person-centred approaches, my counselling style includes sharing my reflections during sessions to help deepen understanding and illuminate dynamics.  I also incorporate elements of Imago therapy, encouraging partners to take responsibility for their own  experience by using "I" language, fostering clearer and more compassionate communication.

Tasks and reflective exercises are a natural part of the process - not as homework to check off, but as meaningful ways to bring awareness and intention to your relationship.

This work is not about blame, but about curiosity, understanding, and realignment.  I draw on the relationship itself - both yours and ours - to support more authentic connection and growth.

Supervision and Mentoring

As a qualified clinical supervisor, I offer supervision and mentoring for counsellors, therapists, and other professionals in the helping fields.

My approach is grounded in the same relational depth that informs my counselling work. I draw on Petruska Clarkson's Five Relationship Model as well as established supervision frameworks such as Inskipp & Proctor's Tasks of Supervision, and the Seven-Eyed Model by Hawkins & Shohet.

What I offer

  • One-to-one supervision (in-person or online)

  • Group supervision online

  • Mentoring for trainee or newly qualified therapists

  • Space to reflect on your client work, professional development, and self care

  • Creative, collaborative, and always client-centred

A Relational Approach

I believe supervision is not just about safety and ethics, but also about growth, insight, and relationship.  I aim to offer a space where you feel supported to bring your whole self -,your questions, your challenges, and your wisdom.
