If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what you need, counselling can provide clarity and support. It’s helpful for a wide range of issues, from stress and anxiety to relationship difficulties and personal growth.

3. How long does counselling last?
Counselling sessions usually last between 50 and 60 minutes. The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, but I typically work with people short-term (up to 12 months).

4. What happens in a counselling session?
Each session is your space to talk about what’s on your mind. We explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences at your own pace. I listen without judgment and work with you to find ways to feel better.

5. Is counselling confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in counselling is confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where the law requires disclosure.

6. How do I book a session?
You can book directly through my online calendar or contact me via email/phone to arrange an appointment. This can be found under the Services tab at the top of the page.

7. Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I currently offer counselling sessions online, which allows flexibility if you’re based in different locations or prefer remote support.

8. How much does counselling cost?

Individual counselling starts from £60.00 for a 50 - 60 minute appointment. it goes up for evening or longer appointments.

9. Do you offer concessions?

​I can offer a time limited concession to individuals who are struggling financially but would like to access counselling this is limited to approximately 12 sessions and waiting lists may apply. Please get in touch to see if I can help.

I also offer concessionary rates to support individuals who are currently undertaking a recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, or may need clinical supervision during training. These rates are designed to help meet the training requirements of up to 60 hours of personal therapy.
