About
I am all about relationships, with ourselves, with others, and how they shape our experience in life.
I work with people navigating life and I have a special interest in stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue, I am passionate about supporting people in finding small, practical ways to care for themselves.
I am also a supervisor, offering guidance and reflective support to other counsellors and professionals as they grow in their practice.
I have hosted workshops on self-compassion, and have a Facebook group called "The Compassionate Circle". This group helps people to explore gentle practices, reflection, and supportive discussion. It's a place to pause, reflect, and be kind to ourselves.
